Due to each piece of wood being handpicked and unique in character it will have its own set of features such as grain patterns and splits which add to its appeal.

Wax colours will vary slightly along with the grain of the timber which is dependent on each individual piece of timber.
The colours may look slightly lighter/darker than the colour chart due to the wood being reclaimed. But we make every effort to match it to our colour chart.
Wax sample images are an indication only, as the final colour depends on the shade of the board used prior to waxing, but are very similar.
We do strive to achieve as close a match as possible.

We do accept Cancellations within a 12hr period and please read our return policy.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery; Buyer pays for postage.
Buyer organises own postage labels through whichever tracked service you choose.
Once we have received your item back with us we will issue a refund / exchange.
